B\u00fcy\u00fcklerin kusurlar\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fczlerine vurmak yerine anlay\u0131\u015fla yakla\u015fmak, hata yapt\u0131klar\u0131nda da onlar\u0131 incitmeden uyarmak vard\u0131r. Ancak ya\u015fl\u0131ya sayg\u0131; yap\u0131lan her s\u00f6z ve davran\u0131\u015f\u0131 do\u011fru kabul etmek ya da sessizce ge\u00e7i\u015ftirmek anlam\u0131na gelmez.<\/p>\n<p>Kald\u0131 ki burada as\u0131l mesele ya\u015f de\u011fildir. E\u011fer Ko\u00e7 Grubu\u2019ndan bir yetkili \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p, \u201cRahmi Bey\u2019in ya\u015f\u0131 gere\u011fi talihsiz bir ifade kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, kurum olarak bu s\u00f6zleri do\u011fru bulmad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ve \u00f6z\u00fcr dilediklerini\u201d s\u00f6yleseydi, bir\u00e7ok insan da meseleyi bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede de\u011ferlendirebilirdi. Sonras\u0131nda yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda bunun bir \u201cLAT\u0130FE\u201d oldu\u011fu ifade edilse bile, yine ya\u015fa ba\u011fl\u0131 talihsiz bir a\u00e7\u0131klama olarak de\u011ferlendirilebilirdi.<\/p>\n<p>Fakat tam tersine, yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131n ve sergilenen tavr\u0131n bu s\u00f6zleri s\u0131radanla\u015ft\u0131rmaya ve me\u015frula\u015ft\u0131rmaya d\u00f6n\u00fck oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Ayn\u0131 ortamda bulunan eski Ba\u015fbakan\u2019\u0131n da aradan ge\u00e7en zamana ra\u011fmen herhangi bir de\u011ferlendirme yapmamas\u0131, tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fcmesine ve kamuoyundaki soru i\u015faretlerinin artmas\u0131na neden olmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca ya\u015fl\u0131ya sayg\u0131, bizim medeniyetimizin ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn temel de\u011ferlerinden biridir. Ne var ki y\u0131llard\u0131r bu milletin inan\u00e7lar\u0131yla, de\u011ferleriyle ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcyle mesafeli duran baz\u0131 \u00e7evrelerin, bug\u00fcn kendilerine y\u00f6nelen ele\u015ftiriler kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda bizim k\u00fclt\u00fcrel kodlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 hat\u0131rlamalar\u0131 da ayr\u0131ca d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>Ya\u015fl\u0131lara sayg\u0131m\u0131z sonsuzdur. Ancak bir kad\u0131n\u0131 a\u015fa\u011f\u0131layan ifadelerin normalle\u015ftirilmesine de raz\u0131 olmay\u0131z. \u0130lke sahibi olmak; ki\u015fiye, servete veya stat\u00fcye g\u00f6re de\u011fil, do\u011fruya ve yanl\u0131\u015fa g\u00f6re tav\u0131r almay\u0131 gerektirir.<\/p>\n<p>Demokrasi ve Birlik Derne\u011fi olarak \u015funu a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a ifade ediyoru: K\u00fcrt kad\u0131n\u0131, bu co\u011frafyan\u0131n onurlu, fedak\u00e2r ve g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc de\u011ferlerinden biridir. Herhangi bir etnik kimli\u011fe mensup kad\u0131n\u0131 a\u015fa\u011f\u0131layan, \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131 ifadeler kullanan ya da s\u00f6zde mizah ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda ahlak d\u0131\u015f\u0131 g\u00f6ndermelerde bulunan anlay\u0131\u015f kabul edilemez. Bir kad\u0131n\u0131n kimli\u011fini, k\u00f6kenini veya aidiyetini alay konusu yapmak ne mizah ne de \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fckt\u00fcr; d\u00fcped\u00fcz sayg\u0131s\u0131zl\u0131kt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fcrt kad\u0131nlar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik kullan\u0131lan a\u015fa\u011f\u0131lay\u0131c\u0131 ifadeleri ve ahlak s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 a\u015fan yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131 k\u0131n\u0131yor; insan onurunu ve toplumsal karde\u015fli\u011fi hedef alan bu dilin kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda durdu\u011fumuzu ifade ediyoruz. Irk\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n da ahlaks\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n da LAT\u0130FES\u0130 olmaz.<\/p>\n<p>Asl\u0131nda bu tart\u0131\u015fma, bir ki\u015finin ya\u015f\u0131yla ilgili olmaktan \u00e7ok daha b\u00fcy\u00fck bir meseleyi ortaya koymaktad\u0131r. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de uzun y\u0131llard\u0131r baz\u0131 kesimler i\u00e7in farkl\u0131, di\u011fer kesimler i\u00e7in farkl\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcler uygulanmaktad\u0131r. S\u00f6z\u00fc s\u00f6yleyen ki\u015fi g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc, zengin veya toplumun belli \u00e7evrelerinde dokunulmaz kabul edilen bir isim oldu\u011funda ho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fc \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131lar\u0131 yap\u0131l\u0131rken, ayn\u0131 s\u00f6zler ba\u015fka biri taraf\u0131ndan s\u00f6ylendi\u011finde en a\u011f\u0131r ele\u015ftiriler y\u00f6neltilebilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Oysa adaletin ve vicdan\u0131n \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fc ki\u015filere g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fmez. Bunu, \u0130zmir Cumhuriyet Ba\u015fsavc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00fcre\u00e7 ve Adalet Bakan\u0131 Say\u0131n Ak\u0131n G\u00fcrlek\u2019in a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131yla da g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f olduk. Bir s\u00f6z\u00fc de\u011ferlendirirken \u00f6nce onu kimin s\u00f6yledi\u011fine de\u011fil, ne s\u00f6yledi\u011fine bakmak gerekir. Toplumsal bar\u0131\u015f da ancak bu \u015fekilde sa\u011flanabilir.<\/p>\n<p>Bir di\u011fer \u00f6nemli husus ise, bu t\u00fcr olaylar\u0131n ve sonras\u0131nda yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ihtiya\u00e7 duydu\u011fu toplumsal iklime verebilece\u011fi zarard\u0131r. Bug\u00fcn T\u00fcrkiye; y\u0131llard\u0131r s\u00fcren ac\u0131lar\u0131n, \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n ve kutupla\u015fmalar\u0131n geride b\u0131rak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131, T\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fcn, K\u00fcrt\u2019\u00fcn, Arap\u2019\u0131n, T\u00fcrkmen\u2019in ve bu \u00fclkenin t\u00fcm evlatlar\u0131n\u0131n ortak bir gelecek in\u015fa etmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 hassas bir d\u00f6nemden ge\u00e7mektedir.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6ylesi bir d\u00f6nemde toplumun herhangi bir kesimini inciten, etnik kimlikler \u00fczerinden k\u0131rg\u0131nl\u0131klara yol a\u00e7an veya insanlar\u0131n onurunu zedeleyen ifadelerin normalle\u015ftirilmesi hi\u00e7 kimseye fayda sa\u011flamaz. Daha da \u00f6nemlisi, bu t\u00fcr s\u00f6ylemler kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda g\u00f6sterilen tav\u0131r toplumun adalet duygusunu do\u011frudan etkiler. \u0130nsanlar, \u201cAyn\u0131 s\u00f6zleri ba\u015fka biri s\u00f6yleseydi yine ayn\u0131 tepki verilir miydi?\u201d sorusunu sormaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda toplumsal g\u00fcven de zedelenmeye ba\u015flar.<\/p>\n<p>Ter\u00f6rs\u00fcz T\u00fcrkiye hedefi yaln\u0131zca g\u00fcvenlik politikalar\u0131yla ba\u015far\u0131ya ula\u015fabilecek bir hedef de\u011fildir. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7 ayn\u0131 zamanda g\u00f6n\u00fcllerin kazan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131, kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 sayg\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesini ve vatanda\u015flar aras\u0131nda ortak aidiyet duygusunun peki\u015ftirilmesini gerektirir. Bu nedenle kullan\u0131lan dil de en az at\u0131lan siyasi ad\u0131mlar kadar \u00f6nemlidir.<\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcn ihtiya\u00e7 duydu\u011fumuz \u015fey; kimlikler \u00fczerinden yeni k\u0131rg\u0131nl\u0131klar \u00fcretmek de\u011fil, ge\u00e7mi\u015fin yaralar\u0131n\u0131 saracak bir karde\u015flik hukukunu g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmektir. Hi\u00e7 kimsenin etnik kimli\u011fi, memleketi veya aidiyeti \u00fczerinden incitilmedi\u011fi; hi\u00e7bir kad\u0131n\u0131n a\u015fa\u011f\u0131lanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131; hi\u00e7bir vatanda\u015f\u0131n kendisini ikinci s\u0131n\u0131f hissetmedi\u011fi bir T\u00fcrkiye, ter\u00f6rs\u00fcz T\u00fcrkiye idealinin de en g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc teminat\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu sebeple meseleye ki\u015filer \u00fczerinden de\u011fil, ilkeler \u00fczerinden bakmak zorunday\u0131z. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc toplumsal bar\u0131\u015f\u0131n ruhuna zarar veren \u015fey ele\u015ftiri de\u011fil; yanl\u0131\u015f\u0131n kimden geldi\u011fine g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fen tutumlard\u0131r. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin bug\u00fcn en fazla ihtiya\u00e7 duydu\u011fu \u015fey ise tutarl\u0131l\u0131k, adalet ve herkes i\u00e7in e\u015fit sayg\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcn savundu\u011fumuz \u015fey \u00f6fke de\u011fil, tutarl\u0131l\u0131kt\u0131r. Kin de\u011fil, ilkedir.
